Fill PDF forms

Fill in an application, KYC or admission form without printing it. Type into the form’s own boxes, tick and choose options, add your signature and the date, then download the filled copy.

Fill it in, sign it, send it

The form’s own boxes

Fillable PDFs open with every field ready to type in: text boxes, checkboxes, round options and drop-downs. Your answers are saved into those fields, so the form still works as a form.

Lock the answers if you like

Tick Lock the answers to turn the fields into plain text when you save, so nobody can change them later. Leave it off if someone else still has to fill in their part.

Private by design

Forms carry your name, address and ID numbers. They’re filled in by your own browser and never uploaded.

Questions

My form has no boxes to type in. Can I still fill it?

Yes. Many forms are just printed pages saved as PDF. Choose Add text and tap where each answer goes, use Tick for checkboxes, and Date for today’s date. The answers are added on top of the page.

Will the form still be fillable after I save?

Yes, unless you tick Lock the answers. Then the answers become part of the page and the boxes disappear, which is what many offices prefer for a submitted form.

Can I type in Hindi?

Yes. Answers in Hindi or other Indian scripts are saved into the fields, and PDF readers such as Chrome, Edge and Adobe Reader draw them with their own fonts. Because of that, those forms are kept unlocked.

Are my answers uploaded?

No. The form is opened, filled and saved in your browser. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else.

Can I fill a password-protected form?

Not until the protection is removed. If you know the password, unlock the PDF first and fill the unlocked copy.
