Image to PDF under 100 KB

Forms that ask for a document ‘in PDF, maximum 100 KB’ are hard to meet with phone photos. Add your images, and the PDF is made just small enough, with the pages still readable.

Small enough for the form, clear enough to read

Hits the limit

Images are compressed together until the whole PDF fits under 100 KB. Need a different limit? Pick 200 KB, 500 KB or 1 MB.

Several pages, one file

Front and back of an ID, a few certificate pages or a marksheet: drag them into order, turn them upright and save one PDF.

Stays on your device

Everything happens in your browser, so your documents are never uploaded anywhere.

How to make a PDF under 100 KB

  1. Add your images

JPG, PNG, HEIC or screenshots, one per page.

  2. Put them in order

Drag to reorder and turn any sideways photo upright.

  3. Keep ‘Under 100 KB’

It’s already chosen. Pick another limit if your form allows more.

  4. Convert and download

The result shows the final size, so you know it will be accepted.

Questions

How do I convert a JPG to a PDF under 100 KB?

Add the JPG here with ‘Under 100 KB’ selected and press Convert. The photo is compressed just enough to fit, on an A4 page, and the result shows the final size before you download.

Will the text in my document still be readable?

For one or two pages, yes: 100 KB is plenty for a clear scan of a page. With many pages each one gets less space, so very fine print can blur. Crop away borders first, or use fewer pages per PDF.

What if it can’t get under 100 KB?

You’ll see the smallest size it could reach. That happens with many pages; split them into two PDFs, or crop the images so less of the page is photo.

Can I make a PDF under 200 KB or 500 KB instead?

Yes. Choose Under 200 KB, 500 KB or 1 MB in ‘File size limit’. A larger limit keeps more detail, so choose the biggest your form accepts.

I already have a PDF that’s too big. What now?

Use Compress PDF instead: type the size the form asks for and it shrinks the existing PDF, keeping text sharp.

Are my documents uploaded?

No. The images are compressed and the PDF is built in your browser, so nothing leaves your phone or computer.
